I have been doing massage and bodywork full time since 1995 and I have experience working with babies, children, adults, and elders. Life changes, sometimes you might want to work on that area that always accumulates stress, sometimes you just want a break. I use a variety of styles and advanced trainings and I always craft the session to benefit your body and mind in that moment. I put extra effort in creating a plush table by using heated table covers and fleece pads; tempurpedic face covers and body positioning systems also create a comfy space to release tension and stress. Also, I use olive oil that is food grade as my basic oil, from there I add aromatherapy blends mixed by a professional to create deeper and more customized healing spaces.
